This cutting saddle is a Jeff Smith made in Terrell, Texas. It is smooth leather with floral tooling. The hardseat measures 16 1/2 inches. The overall skirt length is approx. 29 inches and it is cut out for close contact. The horn and tree are tight. This saddle is in excellent condition. This saddle has the more expensive heavy duty rigging. It has Nettles stirrups, a back cinch, but no front girth. This is a very fancy saddle.
