This is a super comfortable trail saddle.  Like sitting in your favorite leather easy chair.  The seat is well padded, and is VERY comfortable, especially for long hours on the trail.   This saddle automatically puts your leg under you in the correct position for balance, and allows for a relatively long straight leg while riding, which is why it is so comfortable.  This saddle has lots of D rings for tying and carrying things with you on the trail.  It also has removable thigh and knee blocks that attach with Velcro so you can choose how much support you want for your leg. This saddle has a 34 cm tree, which is considered wide.  While this saddle is great for the low withered (table backed) horse, it will also fit a broad backed  high withered horse like a Draft cross. The girth billet is Y shaped which allows the girth to fall naturally behind the horse's elbow, and not wind up too far back on the horse's belly.  . .
