Late 1970's - 1980's Hard to FindThis MacPherson Saddle was used on a quarterhorse and a thoroughbred/quarter horse cross. The MacPherson was purchased in the late 1970's / early 1980's and has only had 1 owner. The leather is still soft and pliable, so well taken care of. Does have marks from normal use. It is very sound and solid. Lace on 1 stirrup is missing.The owner of MacPherson said this was a custom saddle for either Team Penning/Reiner or Pleasure. MacPherson has been making the highest quality saddles since 1927, all here in the good ole USA.
