I bought this saddle 5 years ago but only had it on my horse one time because it was heavy for me. It weighs about 44 lbs. I cannot tell you who made the saddle personally but bought it from a Western Custom Saddlery Co. The pictures can tell you what condition it's in ....only flaw is some spots on the roughout seat. I've kept it in a dry heated room in my barn for this time along with many other saddles. The seat measures 16", 3" horn, rounded skirt. I can take more photos if You like just email me. It did fit my quarter horse nicely but weight was my issue.
