This is a great looking high-end mountaineering jacket made by a top quality company. The jacket has been used a handful of times just for walking, nothing serious and has never seen a rucksack. It is in excellent condition.
Size: EU:48/M USA:S. Salewa website gives EU:48/M to fit 96 - 99cm (or 38" - 39") chest. Athletic fit. Actual pit to pit measures approx. 22 inches (see photo). I'm approx. 41 1/2" chest and it fits me great with a mid wt baselayer under, so depending on what you intend to wear underneath, I would say to fit a 38" - 40" chest is about right and have spare room for layering.
Colour: Papavero (... a bright, very bright red, it almost glows!). The first photo is taken from stock and shows the colour better than my own. It will be washed in pure soap flakes and re-proofed with Nikwax prior to posting.
The RRP is £440 or more. I paid £384 last year. Selling as I need a bit more room for colder winter use. This is very nice quality piece of kit and is a step above your mainstream UK brands.
