This is a completely excellent pack for the backcountry. You can carry anything in this pack. I pulled the trigger too fast. Im looking to do mostly 30 mile days so I'm going Ultra Lightweight. This pack is not conducive to my industrious goal of 11 pounds base weight (everything except for food, fuel, and water). This pack was bought new last year on Moosejaw for 210 dollars. It was used once for an overnight on Greylock. Awesome suspension system and very comfortable. The torso adjust allows multiple people to utilize this pack. I'm also throwing in the Deuter Rain Cover III, a thirty dollar value not included in the original purchase.
