Lost/Delayed Packages In the event an item is delayed lost I would like to point out I will not be able to take any action until 15 business days for UK Mail or 21 business days for European Union and Worldwide Locations. Business days being Monday to Friday. The Royal Mail do not consider an item lost until this period. When that period is up I would ask our customer to confirm by email that they have not received there item as this will form evidence to the Royal Mail for a lost package. When I receive an email I will issue a refund replacement at the customer request I pride myself on the level of customer service I offer - should any buyer be dissatisfied with their purchase for any reason then I encourage them to get in touch with me to resolve the situation before leaving feedback.
