REI Kingdom 6 3-Season TentI purchased this tent 1 year ago from REI in Newark, Delaware at full retail price $439. It was used 1 time for a 3-day music festival last June. After the festival ended, during breakdown a pole broke. REI doesn't replace/repair poles, even though the tent was 5 months old and used once. They suggested me to tentpoletechnologies who will repair the broken pole for an extremely reasonable price-It appeared to be less than $10 all said and done. I attempted to splint the cracked section but got very frustrated with the design of the pole. I never sent the pole out for repair because I have no need for such a large tent! Other than a cracked pole, It is flawless! Has all the original pieces (except stakes), no leaks and ultimately an amazing tent!
