We do our utmost to ensure availability of all stock lines and to dispatch your complete order within the timeframes stated. Occasionally our stock database could be incorrect by 1 or 2 units which means you could be able to make an online order with us. Returns We hope you will be highly satisfied with any product purchased on our website but if you wish to return an item to us then we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible for you. You can do this for up to an entire year, as long as the product is exactly as it was when we shipped it. No damage to the product, unopened, packaging in absolute perfect and resaleable condition. Damaged deliveries must be reported on the day of the delivery. To arrange a return, please email us so that we can email you returns instructions. The cost of a return from overseas must be agreed in writing between the Sender and the Customer Services Dept. If item is found to be faulty or a warehouse misspick, we will reimburse to the value of the least-cost method available. Socks, Underwear, Clearance Stock, Bulk-orders and Business-to-Business special orders cannot be returned. Engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged due to their personalisation. This clause does not apply to globes (as long as the engraved-plaque has not been afixed to the product). Please note that certain items, such as inflatable sleeping mats, or camping stoves for example need to go to the supplier first so they can inspect the item and decide whether it is a manufacturing fault or not. Likewise with sunglasses - Sunglasses and Goggles are manufactured in a white-glove environment and therefore cannot be scratched. We do not unzip or open the outer cases within our warehousing. Please do not return sunglasses or goggles that have possibly been scratched upon first use.
