Leather is in very really good condition. Still supple and grippy with no cracks or tears. In some ways better than new as it is nicely broken in but with a minimum of wear. Medium deep seat with front blocks creates feeling of security and medium tree fits variety of horses. 3AA XL flaps can be hard to find and are ideal for a rider with slightly longer thigh. We have found this flap does not work if you are a very tall person with a very long thigh. But if your thigh is anywhere from 13 to 14 1/2 inches from crouch to mid-knee, this should be perfect for you.
