The only tent you will ever need. Great polycotton tent in good condition. Polycotton is so much nicer to camp in than a cheap nylon tent.  Warm and dry when the heavens open up and cool and breathable in the hot summer evenings. Plus much better sound insulation and none of the nasty flappy sound you get with the lighter material tents.A fantastic feature are side opening doors and windows with mosi screens.  So great when it is hot.  Easy to get a lovely airflow through the tent.Big enough to house the whole family in comfort or two couples and the children. Officially an 8 berth.  We have used it as a family of 4 and there is acres of room!  There are 2 sleeping compartments at the rear that can sleep 6 according to Outwell, they sleep 4 in comfort with large airbeds.  There is a 3rd sleeping compartment that goes in a corner of the main living area and sleeps 2 (we have never used this).Spacious inside with a bathtub ground sheet in main area that zips into the tent itself, so no drafts or bugs.  Front kitchen/porch compartment has a clip in groundsheet.Comes with a footprint to protect the groundsheet, plus a luxurious carpet for the main area.Sadly not used anymore due to us buying a campervan.Much better value to buy this than the cheaper new tents. With tent pegs, rope, carry bags.
