Outwell Montana 6p tent carpet footprint

Outwell Montana 6P & trailer being sold separately I'm selling my well loved Outwell Montana 6P.
Montana 6P is 2013 and was bought new in August that year. Its been used for about 8 weeks in total. Always dried and aired after use. This cost £700 when we bought it and they are still about that new now.
Never been smoked in, cooked in, no shoes worn inside and is pet free too.
Really well looked after and a very much loved tent, it was the bay window that first attracted me to this tent, each window is tinted and has its own zip up curtain/blind.
It has a side porch which is fabulous if its raining and excellent place for taking off shoes.
2 bedrooms or 1 large if you remove the divider. Large living room area, enough for table and chairs but we never did.
Light hanging point and velcro for cable.
Comes with 6p fitted carpet and foot print. The tents original pegs, most of the yellow ones unused as use delta pegs on the guys
Its in really good condition and I dont really want to sell it but ts not being used so someone else can get some good use out of it.

2 issues:
1. 1 cm tear due to the side rubbing against a cupboard - repaired with tenacious tape not noticeable.
2. Corner pegging strap, the actual strap has ripped through, still usable just shorter. Was going to repair but wasnt needed.
Canopy is not for sale. Also available not included in the price: There is also an Erde 142 trailer this has extra sides fitted which were £300 on their own and then extension bars. It has a jockey wheel and spare wheel as well as added suspension. been used about 3 times.
It has the extended deep cover that cost £100 you see in the picture and also a normal cover should you wish to remove the extension bars off the top. this can hold a lot of kit.
Currently not sure how much to ask - so make me an offer. There is one on gumtree currently without jockey wheel, spare wheel, suspension, proper cover on at £375.
