I have this Dixieland Gaited Custom saddle for sale. My Haflinger likes this saddle and I like this saddle, but the reality is that I have too many saddles and I need to thin out the crowd. The tree is intended for a very wide, flat-backed horse. My pony is also short-backed, so the tree has had a half inch trimmed from the front and rear. The seat measures a full 16 inches. Rigging is set at approximately the 3/4 position with the rear cinch rings set at an angle to allow for 3 point rigging. Underside covered with wool felt.Saddle has some riding on it, but has more wear from being in the trailer than being on a horse. Only minor marks.I paid about $1,700 for this saddle a year and a half ago. The actual shipping cost will be more than asked, but I will pay the overage. I'll include a night latch. Happy to answer questions or provide more pictures.
