Campmaster Tipi – 2012 modelLength, inc. hitch - 216cm, Width - 100cm, Height - 88cmWeight unladen – 110kg (see plate) Easily towed by almost any car, on any full license and many motorbikes, combo’s and trike with suitable 50mm towball and electrics. – has swivel hitch for motorbike use (please check your own license, make and model towing limits, insurance and UK law before bidding) Un-used spare wheel.The Campmaster Tipi is a quick erect, 2+ berth trailer tent. With only 1 pole and 8 main pegging points (plus guy lines in windy conditions) it's quick and simple enough to erect with minimal effort, single-handed. Reporoofed at end of last season, dry stored and recently set up to check all well and serviceable.With the simplicity and ease of a Tepee Tent design, combined with the comfort of a trailer tent, you sleep off the ground in a comfortable double bed. The Tipi has its own foam mattress, and doesn’t require an inflatable. There's plenty of room in the 4.5 x 4.5m Tepee for relaxing, cooking and dining. It has a sewn-in heavy-duty groundsheet and an interior carpet. There is a thick cotton inner tent covering the bed for insulation, insect control and privacy.There’s plenty of storage space in the trailer body. The bed base is hinged in the middle so you can simply lift the bed end to access the storage underneath. Included is a folding table/kitchen unit, with zipped cupboards and storage pockets, and a large, luxury folding chair. Car, topbox and other items not included.To set up, loosely peg out the canvas with 8 pegs, climb inside and insert one, straight pole to raise the center of the tent. Peg the guy lines if windy. No bendy poles, threading through sleeves or bulky frame. Once the tent is up, lay out the carpet (if you’re going to use it), roll the trailer inside, lower the adjustable legs and unfold your bed. As your gear is inside the trailer it will be kept dry and secure while you set up the tent.If you need space for more than 2 people, extra beds can be set up on the tent floor or the tent without the trailer will sleep up to 8.The closed trailer has an attached top rack for carrying additional gear, cycles, luggage etc. On it’s own, the trailer is a light-weight, easy to store utility trailer for shifting stuff, tip-runs etc. If required, it comes with a rudimentary wheeled frame for storage/moving on its end through narrow gaps, side gate etc. There are a few very minor marks from use and storage, but the fibreglass shell is sound, waterproof and in excellent condition.Sold as seen, with no returns or warranty. Will demonstrate for buyer, subject to weather conditions, site etc. or provide detailed written instructions. Collection only from Rochdale, Northwest or may deliver for petrol money within 50 miles, when cash for payment and petrol cleared in my bank.
