This cutting saddle is a Jeff Smith made in Terrell, Texas. The hardseat measures approximately 16 1/2 to 16 3/4 inches. The overall skirt length is approx. 29 inches and it is cut out for close contact. This is my saddle and it is 1 1/2 to 2 years old. It is the best Smith that I have ridden. The hard seat, jockeys, and fenders are rough out. The rest of the saddle has floral tooling. The horn is tilted forward and is tight as is the tree. It has custom conchos, strings, Walls aluminum oxbow stirrups, and a matching back cinch. There is no front girth. This saddle rides the best!
