I will demonstrate main camper assembly procedure, if required and weather permitting, to the winning bidder. The Pennine Sterling folding camper is a 6 berth camper of real quality. This has the Penn Matic system for opening the camper, and benefits from gas struts to make life easier when setting up. The fully equipped kitchen area has a double burner hob and grill, sink with electric pumped cold water supply, and also has excellent storage space for pots and pans and other stuff. Mains electric supply is included and a 3 way fridge. The 2 double beds are comfortable and spacious with fully enclosed bedroom inner tents and curtains. The vinyl floor has a drop-in bound-edge carpet in the twin sofa seating area. A large table can also be utilised for meal times or just relaxing, or removed into the awning for more space. The sofas can be folded down and used with the dining table to make an additional double bed. Besides the large under sofa storage, there are cupboards and a wardrobe for storage space. The interior is well thought out and very practical. The linings and upholstery are stylish and modern, and give a real quality feel all round. The canvas front can be completely zipped out for increased ventilation in warmer climes. There is no pegging out involved unless you use the awning.10 minutes Setup InstructionsExternal
Apply brake, level with the jockey wheel and wind down the legs
Turn on gas and remove any bits from the gas locker
Remove cover, undo shock cord, fold in half then fold in half again
Take back corners and bring them to the front centre of the trailer, making a triangle shape
Now roll cover forwards, it can stay rolled above gas locker
At the back of the trailer, pull out and lock bed support
Unclip beds from body, lift back bed over first and fix to bed support with two Velcro straps
Lift over front bed and fix support on trailer “A” frame
Pull canvas down all round trailer
Push all five roof pole sections up to their middle position
Attach canvas to body starting with the Velcro on the bed ends
Then Velcro on main body and finally the shock cord under bedsInternal
Step inside and lift wardrobe on hinge and slide onto cupboard
Lay seat backs on seat base and stand table to one side
Lift sink / hob into place and connect water and gas (push fit connections)
Set up seats by placing backrest in place
Fit curtains by inserting poles and using hoops on roof lining

Shelf UnitWe are reluctantly selling due to changes in personal circumstances, we were only able to use it on very few occasions over the years. It is a comfortable unit offering excellent accommodation. This camper has been garage stored every winter and well looked after. We are non-smokers and have no pets. The motor movers were fitted to enable us to manoever the camper in to and out of our garage, which has a very steep approach driveway, where the camper had to be "driven" in forward as reversing with the car was not possible. I have also found the movers to be very useful when hitching-up single handed.UK bidders only, winning bidder to make payment within 48 hours of auction end.
