I've owned this tent for about 5 years and only used it 4 times for overnight camping. It works great; It's very robust, water proof, and warm. I'm parting with it because it has been more tent than I need backpacking in the Pacific Northwest. It's still in good condition. The protectant sealant on the inside of the seams on the fly are starting to age. I also needed to repair the vestibule window. The glue holding it to the fly was starting to deteriorate so I reapplied new adhesive.
