Sewn in ground sheets and darkened sleeping area. Takes about half hr with 2 people to put up. It is a high tent so if ur short it's most probably not for u. All in good condition no rips that I saw at end of last season. One of the poles has lost its elastic but we use this on the front so never bothered us and doesn't effect the tent. I would recommend maybe numbering the pole parts for this pole the first time u use it to make things easier when putting up. This tent is heavy and large. We use a trailer as only have a small car so please bare this in mind when bidding. Comes with Footprint and carpet collection weymouth cost us over £850
