I am the original owner of this Trailwise "Slimline" Goose Down Bag by Ski Hut. This is a very high quality Made-in-the U.S.A. down sleeping bag. I used it only half a dozen times years ago. When it looked like I was no longer doing any cold weather camping, I had it properly washed and stored in a large, breathable cotton bag. It has not been used since it was washed. The bag looks and performs like new. It is rated to 15 below zero. I just took it out of its storage sac for some pictures and it popped right up to about 9” of loft (one of the pics is a softdrink can next to the bag to get a sense of the loft). As far as I can tell, this is comparable to a 500.00+ down bag today with the same properties. This is a very warm sleeping bag made with up with 600 fill white goose down that utilizes a unique and efficient chevron baffle system that limits the shifting of down in the bag. The bag also uses Tenaya fabric which very soft to the touch and is virtually down-proof. Note I am offering free shipping to the continental US, not Alaska or the islands.
