This cutting saddle is a Jeff Smith made in Terrell, Texas. It is full rough out.The hard seat measures 16 to 16 1/4 inches. The overall skirt length is approx. 28 inches and it is cut out for close contact. The horn and tree are tight. The dees are marked Jeff Smith. This saddle is in good condition. It has wooden, flat bottom Nettles stirrups, a back cinch, but no front girth. It is really comfortable and has a great pocket. It really fits a horse well.
