Kieffer Lusitano 17” M tree. This was my dream saddle as a teenager. I used to take lessons in the Kieffer Lusitano and fell in love with the look and the quality; they put you in the best position and they are extremely comfortable. It is one of the most beautiful and functional saddles out there. I was finally able to find one as an adult and buy my own, but was very disappointed to find that it does not fit my new thoroughbred mare. Had a saddle fitter come out and was told the panels do not fit her back. I purchased this used last year through a friend. I do not know the age, but it is in great shape. Has not been used much since I purchased it, so I am only looking to make back close to what I bought it for so I can put the money toward the custom saddle my fitter recommended. There is some slight wear on the flaps from previous use. Saddle has been cleaned and oiled regularly. There are a few cat scratches on the rear left panel that are purely cosmetic. Wool flocking in good condition. Has been kept indoors and covered for the past 6+ months. Asking $1500, but I am willing to negotiate price. I can’t stand to see such a beautiful saddle just sitting in my house. No trials please.
