SADDLE TRIAL POLICY:   Important Note:  Ebay does not offer returns accepted less than 14 days.  But our terms and conditions over-ride this, and we will deem all sales as final if we have not heard from you within the 5 day saddle trial period.  Purchase via PayPal as normal, but you are entitled to a 5 day trial from the day your saddle is received.  If you need to return the saddle, you must notify us within the 5 day trial period and ship it by the last day of the trial, insured and shipment trackable. We will supply you with return documentation.  The saddle must be received in the same condition as it left us and will be subject to charges if the saddle is marked or damaged in any way.  (We have detailed photographs of all of our saddles).  Your PayPal payment will be refunded, minus return shipping charges within 48 hours of receipt of saddle
