Tent was put away wet and so needs an external clean hence low price. Poor health is forcing me to sell and is the reason I haven't cleaned it myself. Tent cost £500 and carpet and footprint are extra. This is an excellent tunnel tent which makes it very easy to put up especially with the footprint which makes sure you place the tent correctly and keeps the interior warmer and drier.It has three separate rooms and excellent windows in the living area.
