Handgeschmiedetes Messer aus alter Feile mit Hamon. Die Klinge ist ca. 10cm lang (9,5cm scharf).
Die Härte beträgt min. 62 HRC, der Stahl hat ein
sehr feines Gefüge und ist sehr scharf. Die Härtelinie (Hamon) ist auf der Klinge gut zu sehen.
