Bought this from David Morgan website 5 or 6 years ago. never used. In excellent condition. Very supple and bendable...even the rawhide (fall). David Morgan measures length of whips from the butt to the end of the braid..not including the fall. Their website describes this whip as "moderate weight" but, to me, it was a little too heavy so I wrapped it up and put it away until I had more experience with a smaller whip.
