In this listing we have a 10×12 Cabelas Outfitter Wall Tent. This is the canvas tent ONLY, DOES NOT INCLUDE FRAME JUST TO BE CLEAR. Fire-retardant and water and mildew resistant Montana Canvas Company. These tents are the perfect sportsman's home away from home. This tent was an estate find and packed away in a box. We did take it out to inspect it and it appears in new condition. We've packed it back up and is ready to ship. The first two photos you see are stock photos, the remaining are of the actual tent. If you have any questions, please ask before bidding. RETURNS: Currently we only accept returns on a case by case basis. If there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us immediately with complete description of issue and photos.
