Tent is in very good condition. No tears, rips, or funny odors. Zippers are fully functional. Seams are sealed. Includes poles, stakes, guy lines and groundsheet. Note that pole bag is not original, everything else is. If not familiar with this specific model please do some research, its use is very specific.
