Tent is in like new condition. I have used it on one trip and it wasn't what I was looking for. It is in like new condition and I've kept it in my house so it's mold free. I can not smell anything but it may have a hint of campfire smell since I did take it out but like I said I can't smell anything. The tent is in perfect shape. No holes or rips. If you have any question please ask. The tent comes complete with repair kit, instructions, ect. Only flaw is a few stakes have bent but they were extra ones so it doesn't take away front tent. It's a great quality tent I'm just after something smaller. It will ship in its original box. I will throw in a set of 4 speed cinch stakes as a bonus since some of my stakes are bent
