Vango Force Ten Classic designed cotton ridge tent.This is the Mk 3 ST model - the smallest of the family now generally available, featuring aluminium A frame poles and orange cotton inner and flysheet. Suitable for 2 personsPitched it on my own today in about ten minutes, taking pictures and notes as I went.Condition - detailed description of all parts set out above and particular points illustrated in pictures.
In my opinion this is offered in a very good and usable condition - although all the constituent parts for these tents can still be bought new or secondhand. It does show evidence of previous use, notably there has been a small hole in the groundsheet although as this was nowhere near any of the anchorages and has now been patched, it is not a problem; there are some marks (pictured) where birds have passed over it; and most parts are marked with an inventory number (not courtesy of the passing birds, unless they were very clever). The fly sheet seems to be in good condition, albeit a bit faded; the rubber bands and attachments are all good, the fabric feels strong. I would camp in this quite confidently, if I could bend and contort myself like I could in my youth!Weighs c.6.75kgs - can be collected from my pet and smoke free home or happy to courier it to you.
