Used Toulouse Celine model close contact saddle. Serial number 21867, it has a 16" seat and extra wide tree. Flap measures 13" long from top of stirrup bar down and 14" wide. It shows normal wear but has no issues. Has velcro under flap where you could add an additional block. Thank you PLEASE READ the entire item description before buying.
