This is a gorgeous, beautifully cared for Hermes Essentialle close contact jumping saddle. Generous 17.5 seat. Tree is narrow. 14.5 flaps. The classic, hard-to-find Hermes jumping saddle is an enduring favorite providing great close contact. Ideal for the hard-to-fit high withered horse. Saddle has integrated panels, a narrow twist, and no blocks, making it ideal for the rider who appreciates close contact and natural leg placement.
This saddle has been maintained in pristine condition. Billets, flaps, seat, tree and panels are in great shape. Shows some normal use without excess wear; no cracking or tearing. Buttery, grippy, supple leather. Hermes saddles are known for their long lasting durability and retail for over $6,000--and it's easy to see why!
I purchased this saddle from Voltaire's consignment and used it only a handful of times--unfortunately the seat is a tad large for me. Has been stored indoors, in a climate controlled, non-smoking environment. Stored with logo Hermes saddle cover--included!Will consider trials--just ask! I can also provide some guidance on fit.
