This is a genuine Wendy Allen Dublin Texas cutting saddle, made by one of the finest makers of hand crafted saddles.  Google up "Wendy Allen," she was quite a character.  16 inch seat, 6 conchos, saddle strings, metal stirrups that appear to be Vintons, letters are wearing off.  I added the flank billets and flank strap and  Alpaca blend girth.  The professional repair to the leather under the right fender is hardly noticeable when the stirrup is in position.  This saddle rides great, I guarentee the tree to be 100% sound and all leather to be supple and free of dry rot.  I am not sure about bars, see picture.  Weighs about 40 pounds,  Skirt length from front to back about 27 inches.  No breast plate but dee rings are there if you want to install one.
