Adult owner since August 2016. Has normal wear and tear, all cosmetic. These things are extremely well made, built like a tank! I've never taken apart nor rode it on anything other than concrete other than the few times I tried it on a dirt trail. It can be ridden on the beach with no issue unlike other popular electric skateboard type devices, but I was always too chicken to try that since I tend think of sand and water as the mortal enemy of electronic devices. The built in lights are incredibly bright and useful! You don't have to think twice about using it when the sun goes down.
