This cutting saddle is a Jeff Smith made in Terrell, Texas. The hard seat measures 18 inches. The smooth leather is soft and pliable. It has a narrow sunburst border tooling. The overall skirt length is approx. 30 inches and it is cut out for close contact. The horn and tree are tight. This saddle is in very good condition. It has wooden, flat bottom Nettles stirrups, a back cinch, but no front girth. It is really comfortable and has a great pocket. It is very hard to find this size seat.
