Saddle Size: 14" Saddle Type: Barrel Racing

Up for sale is my 14.5" Tex Tan barrel racing saddle. It has a short, squared skirt to give a horse more room for motion in the rear quarters when turning barrels. As you can see in the photos, the total length of the saddle is 24".This saddle is a little more than broken in; meaning, you won't have to tolerate riding your way through all those new leather squeaks while saving yourself hundreds of dollars as compared to the cost of a new Tex Tan saddle. There's lots of mileage left on it and still quite a bit of nap on the seat, seat jockey, and fenders. There is, however, a bit of staining/wear spots on the saddle, as is typical when the leather's napped. I've tried to take pictures of all parts of the saddle so you can see the great condition of the stitching/leather/wool.The first owner also added extra holes on the stirrup leathers. So this saddle will fit adults and kids. I've taken a picture of it so you can see it. Thanks to the extra holes, I'd say this saddle fits most people. I'm 5'8" with a 33" inseam and it fits me on 4 to 5 holes from the bottom and about a dozen holes from the top. Plenty of room to go in either direction! The tree is rock solid. I pulled from cantle to pommel and it doen't move. I believe this saddle has full quarter bars. I did my best to measure the bars with one hand holding the camera. In the front, in front of where the conchos are attached, it is approximately 8".The gullet is 2" from wool to wool (across the leather) at the twist. Tried to include a picture. Not sure if you want me to measure a different part, if so, Let me know.I'm including the front, rope cinch and back leather cinch as pictured. All you need is a saddle pad and a bridle and you're ready to ride. This is a really nice saddle that's been well taken care of.I'll ship in the continental USA only because I'm offering free shipping. The last saddle I sold cost me near $100 to ship, making this an even better deal. Happy bidding!
