We used to use 2 bedrooms for sleeping, one as a wardrobe / dressing area and keep the area where the 4th would be for our kitchen - washing up, food storage etc. Also selling a few other bits separately - carpet, camping kitchen, wardrobe, electric cool box, water butt, windbreak (seen in picture) so please take a look. Cash on collection preferred please, and collect only due to size / weight from DE3 area of Derby. Smoke and pet free family.
