Sleeping BagThis is a great sleeping bag - only used for one 3 day trip so it's pretty much good as new!It is ideal for Alpine winters, Scottish winter mountaineering or something like Everest Base Camp, Expedition climbing or Polar trekking. Genuine 4 season performance! Can be used as a blanket in warmer conditions knowing you have the safety of a warmer bag.From RAB:The Rab Andes 1000 is one of Rab's most advanced lightweight mountaineering sleeping bag and is ideal for putting up challenging routes in the most demanding climates. It uses Rab's super high grade 800 fill power down to provide comfort down to -26°C. The Andes 1000 uses two varieties of Pertex, Endurance and Microlight - the outer, head and foot areas are made from Pertex Endurance which provides excellent endurance and light water resistance, whilst the lining is made from Pertex microlight which is incredibly light and comfortable against the skin.As this bag has been designed for incredibly challenging winter climates, it features an array of different box wall constructions to avoid cold spots and prevent down migration. Particular attention has been paid to ensuring that this vulnerable area retains heat impeccably.
