Overall size 7 meters x 3.5 meters sleeps 5 2 bedrooms at one end but can be converted to oneLarge living area 2.8 x 3.5 meters Canopy area 1.9 x 3.5metresTent light and airy with lots of storage pockets and good headroomWill withstand strong wind and rain Small problem with two metal poles internal elastic has frayed so taped together. This only effects packing not strength.See photos - furniture not includedPacked dry no mould. Used for 3 holidays Good condition. Only reason for sale is age, that's us not the tent!
