The ‘Charlie’ personal aviation survival kit is designed for the pilot with minimal knowledge of survival techniques. Including 71 of the most essential items, this kit is extensive in its coverage of necessary tools and supplies. Packaged in a Pelican 1120 case, 'Charlie' is still compact and lightweight enough for easy transport and storage. Every item in this kit has been thoroughly tested and approved to ensure it performs flawlessly when needed, as well as to ensure the ease of use for each individual piece. This kit meets or exceeds Transport Canada's Canadian Aviation Regulations to facilitate survival and rescue. This kit now contains Aquatabs Water Purification and The Spark-Lite Flint and Tinder Kit (The official fire starter of the US Army.Each package of Mainstay Food Rations contains pre-measured 400 calorie individualized portions,non-thirst provoking lemon flavor daily meals, and suitable from -40F to 300F and ready to eat.
