Comes with new adjustable hippodrome strap( buckles)and new tail drags, new latigo and off billet.Saddle fits like a semi 1/4 bar tree and with a medium to low wither. Comes with back cinch. Saddle has really nice soft / flexible leather.Sold as is because of size and shipping cost. No International shipping.
