Beautiful tent. Easy to pitch, very comfortable in extreme temperatures. Perfect for long stay camping trips. Stood up to heavy wind and rain with no leaking or noisy flapping! A lot of money but worth it for sheer comfort value :-) It needs two people to pitch though. Once you go polycotton you'll never go back!Wanted this tent after visiting an outdoor tent exhibition, We were checking out a Bear Lake 6, but I was so impressed with the Trout Lake I wanted one. We got one and have only used it a couple of times, as family circumstances changed. It’s a fab tent with,loads of options for windows and doors: there’s plenty of space, We used the second bedroom for storage and getting changed. It’s been battered by wind and rain and we’ve been cosy as toast. The Trout is perfect for two, although with the children it's slept 4 comfortably Unfortunately the tent has not been used for over a year now and as it is unlikely I will use it on my own, I reluctantly feel this is the time to find a new home. It cost over £1000 about 3 years ago, so someone will have a real bargain and once you use a polycotton tent you’ll understand and appreciate the quality, value and comfort of these tents – lots of storage pockets and ventilation that make other, almost as expensive, tents a waste of money. The only downside is they are heavier, so not one to backpack – but ideal for a car or to expand a camper van. Pick up or you can arrange a courier at your costs and of course if you want to see before bidding let me know and we can arrange a time and day if you are in the South West or want an excuse to travel and get a rarely seen in this condition polycotton tent on ebay. The tent for festivals everyone will ask where you got it and be envious how much more they paid for their polycotton yurts and bell tents.
