Brand new, only set up inside never in the backcountry. Comes with custom footprint that I ordered made out of house wrap. Footprint even covers the vestibule. Lights for the tent work perfect, allow you to read while relaxing at nighttime in your tent. Total weight is 2 lbs. 6 ounces but you can use the footprint poles and fly only for a fast pitch weight of less than 2 lbs! Retails for $320 on REI (tent only)
