For reluctant sale is our lovely Kampa Mersea 4 Air Tube (Inflatable) Tent. It was purchased last summer for £289 and we used it once for one night only. It is a very nice tent and super easy to put up due to the inflatable tubes which are in place instead of traditional metal poles. All you do is peg out the 4 corners, attach the high pressure foot pump (included) and before you know it your tent is up! So much easier to pitch. Also very easy to deflate, roll up and pop back into the bag.It sleeps four people, although I would say realistically it would be a bit of a squeeze and very cosy if it was four adults. Best suited to two adults and two children :) There is a large sleeping compartment and a large front 'living' area, which could also be used for sleeping as it is plenty big enough. There are even fab little blinds on the windows for privavcy. This is a great weekend and festival tent because it is so quick to pitch, you really get to maximize your time and don't end up pitching a tent in the dark on a friday and losing your whole evening. At the back of the tent you have the bedroom. The Mersea 4 Air has one large inner tent which sleeps up to four people. • Extremely easy to set up tent; the Mersea AIR can be completely pitched in just minutes due to the Kampa AirFrame system. The tubes are easily accessible and once inflated incredibly strong without the risk of poles being damaged in the wind or on set up which can be experienced with poled tents. The inner tent can also remain in-situ for set up and take down and the bag is slightly oversized to make packing away easier.
•The side entrances also feature a secondary mesh panel to create a nice airflow through the tent on warmer days. There is plenty of ventilation. Two weather shielded ventilation points can be found at the front of the tent and a large covered high ventilation point can be found at the rear to release rising hot air from the sleeping area and prevent condensation from forming. The living area also features windows with closeable blinds for added privacy and when not in use the blinds can be easily stowed away in pockets underneath the windows.
