Measurements given are taken with the garment laying flat and then doubled when applicable, they are not your body measurements, you must allow some room for fit and comfort. You might also compare the garment measurements to a similar piece of clothing that fits you well.How to get your body measurements You should be measure wearing only your undergarments, standing in front of a mirror can also help to make sure the tape is in the correct positionChest: Measure the circumference of your chest. Place one end of the tape measure at the fullest part of your bust, wrap it around to get the measurement.Waist: Measure the circumference of your waist. Measure at your natural waistline, which is located above your belly button and below your rib cage. (If you bend to the side, the crease that forms is your natural waistline.) Hips: Measure the circumference of your hips. Make sure the tape is over the largest part of your bottom.
