Vermont XLP. We bought this tent brand new for 2015. We also bought the footprint and the Outwell fitted carpet which is included in the listing. I would say the footprint is a must because not only does it keep the bottom of the tent mud free it also shows exactly where the tent will sit. The carpet not only adds protection and a bit of insulation it also adds extra comfort. The pictures do not do the tent justice as it truly is quite a large one. It measures about 4.8m wide and is 8.1m long and 2.2m high, which is over 7ft tall. There are 3 sections to the tent. The front entrance doors can be individually raised if wanted so the whole front can be completely opened, or propped up with poles provided and there is a removable bathtub groundsheet so you can have grass as your entrance or the waterproof groundsheet. There are also 2 hanging rails in the front section which can be sealed off from the main living area with a fully zipped doorway which makes the living area more cosy in the evening. The main living area measures about 4.8m wide by 2.7m long. On both sides are zipped doors which again can be rolled up or propped open. They have separate fly screens so can provide ventilation or another exit. The living area also has what Outwell describes as a walk in wardrobe but we used it as a changing room and again there is another hanging rail. The living area is where the fitted carpet sits. The third section are the bedrooms. There are 3 bedrooms which are enclosed by a fly screen. The bedrooms are separated from each other by zipped curtains which can be raised creating a huge bedroom across the whole back of the tent or sectioned however you want. Outwell say this is a 7 man tent but I would say 6 single beds fit more than comfortable but would imagine 7 might be a squeeze. Each bedroom has its own doorway too. Both the bedroom and living areas have the built in bathtub groundsheet so is completely dry and sealed from the outside. We do love the tent and did a lot of research both online and from other campers with what to get. In our opinion it is the best tent around. It was our 2nd tent because the first was just not big enough and not comfortable. A lot of advice we got was to get something that would last and be suitable. We were very nosy and looked inside quite a few tents. We bought the tent when it was on offer and paid over £600 for it not including the footprint or carpet (which was not on offer). The reason we are selling the tent is because we are buying a caravan. The tent is a top of the range one so feel free to check out reviews online or ask any any questions you may have. The tent is heavy so am offering collection from BS15 (Bristol) area but would be willing to arrange a courier. The tent is heavy because the poles are made of metal and although it is a big, heavy tent it is surprisingly easy to put up by yourself. It takes me about 30 minutes by myself to put up, to a stage where the wife can start to fill it with everything including the kitchen sink.I have taken a video of the tent so message me with your email address if you would like it forwarded to you. It is a fantastic tent that will not disappoint you.We also bought the side awning which makes an already large tent an absolute monster and the envy of any campsite. I have listed the awning separately as a lot of people may not want it or people have the tent and just want the awning. All the photos were taken 23/5/17 in a field on uneven ground by my house so was literally put up just to take the photos and taken down again. I didn't use the guy lines as you can see or tether it fully but it is all there and works as it should. I also forgot to lay the carpet but took a photo of it when I got home. Just to add the tent has been well looked after and always stored away dry and in a dry place in our house. If you want to collect it I am in no immediate rush for the space so can hold onto it for a while, as long as you pay for it of course. Please no over seas bidders as I'm not prepared to send it overseas
