Outwell vermont XLP side awning.
This side awning makes the vermont XLP an absolute beast of a tent. I also have listed my vermont XLP tent separately. I searched for a long time to get this awning and was lucky enough to find this one brand new on amazon. I was extremely lucky as it was only on sale for that one day. As you can see from the photos the awning only has the panoramic window's and by this I mean it doesn't have any blinds/curtains like the main tent. Obviously it has the doors at the front that open as the front of the main tent does. It also has the removable bathtub groundsheet you can either use or not. I took the photos 23/5/17 in a field on uneven ground over the road from my house. I only put it up to take the photos then I took it down again and this was only the 3rd time the awning has come out of the bag. We used the awning as our kitchen and dining room, I read the awning measures 4m wide by 2.75m coming out and 2.2m high which is the same height as the tent, but it basically clips on the back poles and the 2nd poles from the front (see photo) so wouldn't be surprised if it is wider than 4m. You can see I didn't fully secure the awning or tent as it only went up to take the photos but it all works as it should do and is easily put up by one person. the awning can fit on either side of the tent. Obviously I can imagine if you are looking for an Outwell vermont awning you know what you want, but if you have any questions feel free to ask. A common question would be does it fit any other model and my answer is I don't know. I've heard it fits the older xl model and the lp model but I've never tried as I don't have the xl or lp models.
