This is a barely used Bowtech Btx 31. I bought this bow New in March 2017 directly from Bowtech. I bought new strings for it, as I always do for my bows. I brought it to a local bow shop to put on the news strings and cables and the shop pressed my bow incorrectly. FYI.. Due to BTX large cams, you need proper clearance between the cam and base of the press. Well this shop didn't do this correctly and caused my bow to literally blow up in the press. This is what caused the cosmetic damage to the Riser, as shown in the last 2 pictures. Needless to say the shop and bowtech took care of me. The shop gave me a deal I couldn't refuse on a New bowtech Reign 7 since turkey season was 1 week away, and my BTX was sent out to bowtech for complete repair which took 6 weeks. Therefore everything on this bow is Bran New except the riser. The riser damage is only cosmetic and will not affect performance. This was completely inspected and re-assembled by Bowtech Manufacturer. This bow has all new In house Bowtech limbs, Cams,strings,etc. This is why this bow comes with a second set of string because the first set was off the bow when this happened. I had registered this bow immediately upon purchase, therefore can not sell as new. Otherwise this bow is ready to be setup and shoot. It is currently set up at 65#, and 30.5" DL which can be adjusted with appropriate modules.( Seen in pics). It has not been shot since coming back from Bowtech. My misfortune, will hopefully benefit someone else with a really great bow. Thanks for looking and feel free to ask any questions.
