This cool saddle is ready to work and ready to outlast you and your kids doing it. This one is on McCall's version of a Buster Welch tree, so is a cutter/rancher type wood tree, measuring a bit larger than the serial number suggests--so lets call it a 16 inch. Slick seat, raised twist, high cantle make it a secure ride. It has semi bars per the serial number that measures a generous 6.5 inches with a wider fork angle. This is a substantial saddle with a 28 inch skirt, weighing about 40 lbs or so, and nice heavy leather ready for work. It has real wool underneath, a bit of a drop rigging, and comes fully fitted.
