Loved the ease of putting it together. Color coded rods helped with color coded sleaves. I am very happy with my purchase. Reviewed by kari s (Clearwater, FL) 2010 Nissan Frontier — Jan 19, 2012 12:01 PM Took it camping for the first time, this tent is awesome!! Was a little difficult setting up the first time as the poles and tent are a bit tight but I am sure with use it will get easier. Totally satisfied with my purchase! :) Reviewed by Joseph D (Hanover, MD) 2003 Ford F-250 — Nov 18, 2011 7:58 PM My wife and I used the tent for a camping trip to punkin chunkin. It works great being off the ground cause 1 it was cold out and 2 the camp site is on a corn field where there were still stalks partially sticking out of the ground. My buddies new tent got a hole in it. The tent is very roomy and the pockets come in handy. There is a net at the top center and we used this to put a light on. We didn't get to use the awning cause it was very windy and I didn't want risk it. Reviewed by Denise M (Rochester, NH) — Oct 10, 2011 8:57 PM We went from camping in a 25 foot RV, to using this tent. We are having so much fun, the tent is cozy, yet has plenty of room. And since our last camping trip it rained 30 of 36 hrs, we stayed DRY!!! The best camping purchase we have made in a long time. Reviewed byMad4Max2(Austin, TX) 2009 Ford F-150 — May 19, 2011 2:34 PM I owned the original truck tent for over 6 years and it was time for a new one. Just wore the other one out. This new design has so many improved features. I love the bigger windows and the fact that you can open just half. The big window at the back is great and so handy for running extension cords into the tent for blowing up the air mattress and using lights and fans with out having cords running all through the tent. It is much roomier. Still as easy to put up. I can do it by myself in about 30 minutes. I really like that the rain cover comes down farther in the back. Haven't tried the new awing yet. (haven't figured it out yet) but know when I do try it will love it. I would recommend this truck tent to anyone who loves to camp and likes being up off the ground. I am a 66 year old women and this tent allows me to continue to camp in comfort even after losing my husband.
