This tent cost over £500 and is still in great condition. You won't buy a tent as big or as well built like this one for under £800 these days. Only selling it because I'm tired of using poles and upgrading to an Air tent. No leaks whatsoever and all zips work perfectly. Great large Family tent with 3 separate areas and also 3 separate sleeping sections. Due to the size and price this item must be collected in Person.
